A trip to the Middlesex County Grounds in winter time is one of the best ways to feel the holiday warmth. The Winter Wonder Lights, a holiday light show drive through, has tunnels of lights, various themes of characters, and has something for every person and holiday on display.
If you tune in to a specific radio station (posted at the entrance points) the light show synchronizes with the music playing.
There are two initial queues for the cars, one is for the season pass (much faster) and the second is for general admission (moderate wait time depending on date/time). Along the way there is a food vendor for anyone who wants a snack while driving through the lights. It runs rain or shine and is a sight to see!
Among my favorites of this year's show were the many light tunnels, and the reindeer crossings. Definitely adding to my list of holiday traditions.
