While walking through Frenchtown, NJ, we came across an art gallery called MFA Gallery or Modern Fossils Art. It featured artwork made out of recycled materials, such as bottle caps, old devices, bicycle chains, and other items found that are commonly discarded. It was a small museum but featured many pieces of art that all had an interesting story. The artist's husband even created the chairs and benches using only hand tools and they were very comfortable to sit on!
One of our favorites on exhibit was a chameleon that had a secret.
It had a moveable piece that imitated the tongue of a real chameleon.

We got the opportunity to speak with the artist and she even told us some of the ideas that led to creating this gallery. It was a very pleasant experience and we hope to see more new pieces of art on display in future visits.
