For brunch, we opted to try Marigold Market and Cafe. We heard good things about it and were curious to try it out. It was hard to pick what to try because there were so many options!
We opted to get hot tea (it was a cooler summer day) and a few plates to split. Avocado toast is a must, followed with oatmeal and fruit, French toast with a Spanish omelet, and a yogurt filled crepe.
We ended up ordering too much, but the food was fresh and yummy. The crepe was sweeter than we expected, but was a nice complement to the simple oatmeal less sweet French toast. It was also something we haven't seen often in other restaurants/brunch places. It was nice to see they took their own twist with some of the options they offered, The atmosphere was cute and was themed with marigold flowers, a nice reference to its name, Marigold. The service was pleasant and there were indoor and outdoor options.
This brunch place is also convenient if you want to just drop by and pick up something to eat without dining in. It offered plenty of pastries including muffins and cookies.
