Mama Hawks Kitchen and Coffee is a small and cute restaurant located inside of Peddlers Village, in Lahaska, PA.
I had breakfast with my family in this restaurant during Labor Day weekend, and I was impressed by my experience.
The inside of the restaurant has a nice and simple look once you get inside. Everything looked clean, and the staff were friendly as well.
The menu consists of paninis, coffees, sandwiches, soups/salads, and flatbreads. I ordered an avocado toast with an egg which was delicious, and the rest of my family ordered either salads or egg sandwiches that they also enjoyed.
One other aspect of this restaurant I enjoyed was this old-fashioned phone that anyone can use. The sign above the phone says that it costs a nickel to use the phone, but I learned later that it is free for anyone to try it. I had fun calling my family members on a phone that I was not used to using, and it was another cool perk of this restaurant.
Overall, I recommend visiting Mama Hawks Kitchen and Coffee whenever you are in Peddlers Village.
