20 December 2024

On December 20th, 2024, Josephine and I visited Illumination at Coca-Cola Park.
This was the first of many activities we did in Lehigh Valley during the weekend before Christmas, and it was our first ever visit to Coca-Cola Park.
On the night we visited, it was snowing a lot, but fortunately this did not cancel the event. In fact, the snow seemed to add the magic of the event.
The stadium looked beautiful with millions of lights synchronized to Christmas music, and there were many Christmas trees that we were also able to go near. One section of the stadium had what looked to be a Christmas Tree forest filled with trees decorated to different themes.
On the big screen above the field, the movie "Christmas Story" was playing while we walked around the stadium.
Additionally, there was a train that visitors could ride a train on the baseball field for an upcharge, a large area to cook s'mores near the entrance, and even a Santa Claus photo tent.
Overall, we had a great time visiting Illumination at Coca-Cola Park, and we recommend this event to those who want to watch millions of Christmas lights and enjoy some holiday spirit in Pennsylvania.
