Red Bank, New Jersey
A new ice cream store opened up in Red Bank, NJ, but the thing that sets this creamery apart is that it does not use milk! At least not cow's milk. It uses coconut milk as an alternative, but still manages to create a creamy ice cream feel and taste.
The store advertises that it is vegan and gluten-free. We are not vegan or gluten-free but decided to take a chance on this vegan creamery since there were so many positive reviews online.
We tried the strawberry milk flavor with coconut whipped cream and it was delicious! It tasted just like regular ice cream, but with a hint of coconut. It felt the same and was just as refreshing too. The same goes for the coconut whipped cream. It was just as fluffy and tasty as regular whipped cream (but healthier!) We definitely plan on going back next time we are in Red Bank.
