Englewood, New Jersey

After a hot day out exploring, we opted to get something refreshing in Englewood, NJ. We had driven past this ice cream shop, Bianco Nero Gelato, a while ago and were curious to try it. There was pretty Italian music playing in the background, and a relaxing atmosphere. Parking was not too difficult either as there were plenty of street spots available.
The ice cream options in the display window looked like small mountains! There were a lot of options (some vegan options as well), so we asked to taste a few flavors before deciding. Some favorites of those we tasted included: tiramisu, biscottino/cookies and cream, espresso stracciatella, and panna fragola/strawberry cream. I tried the smallest size (and it was a big portion!) of the biscottino flavor. The texture and flavor of the gelato was perfect.
After the ice cream outing, it was a beautiful day to walk around the city of Englewood and explore some of the stores on the avenue. Needless to say, it was a great pit stop for a refreshing snack and it won't be our last visit for ice cream.
